Beth Holman

Beth Holman, a Knoxville native, has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry. She is a graduate of Clemson University, where she earned a B.A. in architecture. Known for driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer-focused results, Beth has successfully led teams and continues to transform venues across the region.

She currently serves as President of RT Lodge, where she oversees operations, team management, and capital projects. In addition, she supports The Swag and Cataloochee Ranch in North Carolina, leading their sales and marketing efforts in partnership with the owners.

Beth lives in Knoxville with her husband, Scott, and their two children, Charlie and Scottie.
